  불안의 탐구 앨범은,
  18살 마음이 아팠던 시기부터
  22살 그게 몸으로 번져 입원했던 시기
  23살 아직은 불안했던 퇴원 후의 제가
  꼬깃꼬깃 날 것으로,
  그러나 이전보다는 조금 노련하게 담겨있는 앨범입니다.

  돌아보면 나는 결국 나 자신을 치유하기 위해
  음악을 하는 것이 아닌가 라는 생각이 듭니다.
  이 앨범으로 그날의 아픔들이
  가볍게 날개를 달 수 있길 소망해봅니다.
